TroopList is a free troop tracker for Star Wars costumers. Log every troop, track each costume's approval in every club you belong to, and watch your stats, streaks and milestones build up, all in one place.
⬡ Live Dashboard
Your real-time command center — KPI data, troop breakdowns, costumes in review, and upcoming events. All your data, all at a glance.
⬡ Capabilities
Every module purpose-built for the serious Star Wars costumer.
Log every event, costumed or wrangling, in person or virtual, with date, location, garrisons, and which clubs you represented. Full multi-garrison, multi-club support.
Track each costume from build through submission and approval in every club you belong to, with a dated history of every club response.
Schedule future troops and see them front-and-center on your dashboard. Never show up to an event without knowing what costume is cleared for it.
Get notified when submissions are taking too long, when you hit trooping milestones, or when your garrison membership needs attention.
Visualize costumed vs. wrangled totals, costume utilization rates, monthly averages, year-over-year trends, and troops by location — fully drag-and-drop customizable.
Maintain garrison membership records across every major costuming organization. Track join dates, membership status, and your official home garrison per club.
Set yearly goals and see whether you're on pace. Earn badges for troop milestones, trooping streaks, new places, and approval in every club.
Look back on your year as a story of your troops, costumes and milestones that ends in a card you can download and share.
Subscribe to your troops in Google, Apple or Outlook calendars, move your troops, costumes and garrison memberships in and out of a spreadsheet, and download a per-costume Troop Report for detachment forum posts.
